Return & Refund Policy – QuAH Academy

At QuAH Academy, all courses are delivered as digital products and provide immediate access to training materials, resources, and certification pathways. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Digital Product Notice
All QuAH Academy courses are delivered as digital products. For courses with immediate access, entry to materials is granted instantly upon purchase. For courses offered on early enrolment, such as QuAH Master, access to materials is provided at a later specified date. By enrolling, you acknowledge that access begins either immediately or on the stated course start date, depending on the course.

Refund Eligibility (10-Day Withdrawal Period)
We offer a 10-day withdrawal period. For courses with instant access, this period begins on the date of purchase. For early enrolment courses where access is granted at a later date, the 10-day period begins from the day access to the course materials is provided. A full refund may be granted within this period only if you decide to fully withdraw from the course and discontinue your certification journey. In such cases, no certification will be issued, and your access to all course materials, content, and any associated platforms or communities, including but not limited to Skool and Facebook groups, will be permanently removed.

Non-Refundable Conditions
After the 10-day period has passed, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued:

• If you choose not to continue after the 10-day period
• If you have progressed through the course and later change your mind
• If you wish to switch or transfer to another course

Consumer Rights (UK)
Under UK consumer law, digital content is generally non-refundable once access has been granted and the service has begun with your consent. By purchasing and accessing our courses, you agree to immediate access and acknowledge that your right to cancel may be affected.

This policy is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

Pausing Your Studies
We understand that personal circumstances may change. You may pause your studies at any time and return later to continue from where you left off. This provides flexibility without the need for cancellation or refund.

Course Transfers
Requests to move from one course to another are not considered refunds and are not guaranteed. Any such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
