REFUND POLICY

At QuAH Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality training, education, workshops, webinars, retreats, and digital learning experiences. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Online Courses and Training Programmes

All QuAH Academy courses and training programmes provide immediate access to digital content upon purchase.

We offer a 7-day refund period from the date of purchase for online courses and training programmes.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Requests received after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Digital Products and Recorded Content

Due to the nature of digital content, recorded webinars, webinar replays, downloadable materials, PDFs, audio recordings, activation recordings, meditation recordings, templates, resource packs, and other standalone digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted.

By purchasing digital content, you expressly agree that delivery begins immediately after purchase.

Once digital content has been accessed, downloaded, streamed, viewed, or supplied, refunds cannot be provided except where required by law.

Live Workshops, Webinars and Retreats

This includes all live online and in-person events organised by QuAH Academy.

Participants may cancel and request a refund up to 2 days before the scheduled event.

Refund requests received less than 2 days before the event may not be eligible for a refund.

If QuAH Academy cancels or reschedules an event, participants will be offered either:

• A full refund, or
• A transfer to a future event where applicable.

Missed events, workshops, webinars, or retreats are non-refundable.

Memberships and Community Access

Where a programme includes access to a student community, membership area, or online platform, access will be granted immediately after purchase.

Community access forms part of the purchased programme and follows the refund terms applicable to that programme.

EU Right of Withdrawal

Customers located within the European Union may have statutory consumer rights.

However, by purchasing a digital course, training programme, webinar recording, downloadable resource, or other digital content and accessing it immediately, you expressly request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once digital content has been supplied.

To exercise any applicable withdrawal rights, please contact us and provide:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Product or service purchased
• Date of purchase

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable once access has been granted:

• Recorded webinars
• Webinar replays
• Downloadable resources
• PDF files
• Audio recordings
• Activation recordings
• Meditation recordings
• Templates
• Resource packs
• Digital products sold separately

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
