All courses are delivered digitally. No physical items are shipped for these products.

For courses with immediate access, login details or access instructions are provided shortly after purchase via the registered email address.

For early enrolment courses, access to materials will be provided on or before the official course start date.

There are no shipping fees or delivery times associated with digital products.

Physical Products (Merchandise)
Physical products, including merchandise, may be fulfilled and shipped by third-party suppliers.

Processing times may vary depending on the product and supplier. This includes the time required to produce, print, and prepare the item before dispatch.

Estimated shipping times will depend on the destination and courier used. These are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.

QuAH Academy is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Split Orders
If your order includes both digital and physical products, they will be delivered separately. Digital products will be delivered as outlined above, while physical products will be shipped according to the supplier’s process.

Shipping Costs

Damaged or Faulty Items
