Terms of Service – QuAH Academy

By accessing or purchasing any course from QuAH Academy, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Use of Content and Intellectual Property
All course materials, including videos, audio, documents, images, methods, branding, and any related content available on the website or within the courses, are the intellectual property of QuAH Academy and its founder, Olga Gerogianni.

The term “QuAH” (Quantum Alignment Healing) is a protected trademark. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or representation of the name “QuAH” is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the materials for your own learning and certification only.

Use of the name “QuAH” is permitted only to students who have successfully completed the relevant certification and remain in good standing. Certified practitioners may use the term solely to describe their qualification and practice, and not to create their own courses, training programmes, or derivative teachings without prior written approval from Olga Gerogianni.

You may not, without prior written approval from Olga Gerogianni:

  • Copy, reproduce, or republish any material

  • Share, distribute, sell, or sublicense course content

  • Use any part of the material for commercial purposes beyond personal certified practice

  • Create your own courses, programmes, or teachings based on QuAH content

  • Use the name “QuAH” in any way that misrepresents affiliation or exceeds your certification level

Any unauthorised use of the content or the QuAH name will be considered a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate removal from the course without refund and potential legal action.

Certification
Certification is awarded only to students who complete the course requirements as defined by QuAH Academy.

Certificates are issued to the individual enrolled and may not be transferred, shared, or reassigned.

QuAH Academy reserves the right to withhold or revoke certification if misuse of the course material, the QuAH method, or unethical behaviour is identified.

Access and Accounts
Access to courses is granted to the registered user only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

Sharing login details or allowing others to access your account may result in suspension or permanent removal without refund.

Payments and Refunds
All payments are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. By purchasing a course, you agree to those terms.

Community Guidelines
Access to any associated communities, including but not limited to Skool and Facebook groups, is part of your learning experience.

Respectful and appropriate behaviour is required at all times. QuAH Academy reserves the right to remove any member from these communities if behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful.

Limitation of Liability
All courses are provided for educational and personal development purposes. QuAH Academy does not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

You are responsible for how you apply the information provided.

Changes to Terms
QuAH Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the courses constitutes acceptance of any changes.

By enrolling in a QuAH Academy course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
